YCP Network or YCP IT Equipment Issue

FOR FACULTY AND STAFF. Request services for new and leaving employees.

Submit this form for any update for a Employee Leaving.

Name Changes are processed to update the YCP username/email addresses.

Report a WiFi issue with campus wireless (eduroam) or guest wireless (York-connect).

Request for an employee to move from one office space to another.

Report an issue for any printers, copiers, or fax machines on campus.

This form is for current students to request a loaner laptop because they do not have a computer, their laptop/computer is broken or needs repair, or their current computer does not meet the requirements for specific class assignment(s). The maximum loan term is one semester. New requests may be submitted each semester.
