There are a few places across campus where you can scan physical documents or images to an email as digital files.
We have two book/document scanners in the back, right side of the Schmidt Library.
The West Campus Community Center lounge has a flat bed scanner.
Many campus faculty workrooms have large printers/scanners.
Tip: After you've scanned to your email, you can use your email to fax it.
Note: FOIP is not a secure method to send sensitive information (such as credit card, social security, and health record content) to anyone outside of YCP.
Visit the Schmidt Library.
To the right of the LTS Help Desk, find a scanning station.
Tip: Ask us for help, at the desk, if you like!
Sign into a computer beside a scanner, then the prompts will direct you through the process.
Check your email account for your finished scan.
Tip: You can store or share your new digital file via email, Google Drive, Canvas, and more.
You can either follow the Students section, above, or
