Network Drives

YCP network drives are digital storage areas. All students and employees have a Home (H:) Drive for individual use. Some employees have permissions to additional drives, such as Shared Areas.

You can use Google Drive in a similar way, which we usually recommend instead.

Access network drives

Map a drive

On YCP-owned computers, you can map network drives. This allows to you easily access network drive content, as if it were stored on the computer.

Tip: If you seem to be missing a drive, restart the computer first.

MyFiles

You can upload and download files on your drives from anywhere, at myfiles.ycp.edu. You can also often access files saved to the desktop of a YCP computer.
