Billing and Payment Options

Billing:

  • General
    • All bills are electronic; bills will not be mailed. Please refer to your ebill.
    • Notification email are sent to student YCP email addresses when statements are available.
    • Proxy necessary for parent(s) to receive notification email and view statement.
  • Payment
    • Online
      • Credit card - Visa, Mastercard and Discover - 2.95% convenience fee charged.
      • ACH electronic check - up to $0.50 charge.
    • In the Business Office
      • Check
      • Cash
      • Money Order
      • Credit cards NOT accepted in Business Office or over the phone
  • Fall Semester 2024 Bill/Statement
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Available July 9th, 2024 for those registered
    • Updated weekly
    • Due August 2nd, 2024

Optional Payment Plan:

  • General
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Make up to four monthly payments
    • Must sign up every semester 
    • $35 enrollment fee each semester sign up
  • Enroll through Student YCP Web account (or through your parent proxy)
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Fall - July 10th, 2024 through July 31st, 2024
    • Spring - December 6th, 2024 through December 31st, 2024

eRefunds

  • General
    • ​​​​​​​Sign up through your MyApps account for direct deposit of student refunds
    • Will receive refund much quicker
