Pay a Bill

Pay online

You can pay your tuition and bills online with eBill.

  • Sign into myapps.microsoft.com with your username & password.

  • Select the EBill icon, on the left.

  • In the Your Account box,

    • Select Click here to make a payment.

  • In the Description box,

    • Select the term.

  • Select Add to Shopping Cart.

  • Select Checkout.

  • Choose a payment method, then select Continue Checkout.

    • Note: To split your payment over multiple credit cards or payment methods, you will need to complete separate transactions.

  • Enter your credit card or bank account information,

    • Then select Continue Checkout.

  • Select Submit Payment.

Note: If you haven't already, you first need to setup Parent Proxy with your student.

  • Sign into www.ycp.edu/parents.

  • Select the tab with your student's name.

  • Select View/Pay eBill.

  • In the Your Account box,

    • Select Click here to make a payment.

  • In the Description box,

    • Select the term.

  • Select Add to Shopping Cart.

  • Select Checkout.

  • Choose a payment method, then select Continue Checkout.

    • Note: To split your payment over multiple credit cards or payment methods, you will need to complete separate transactions.

  • Enter your credit card or bank account information,

    • Then select Continue Checkout.

  • Select Submit Payment.


Pay in person

The Business Office also accepts other payment options.
