Parent Proxy allows students to grant their parents (or anyone else they would like) access to items such as student grades, tax documents, deposit processing and eBill payments.*
Step 1: Student
(Students must first set up access, then their proxies can complete the process.)

Access Proxy Management

Sign into my.ycp.edu.

Select the YCPWeb icon.

Go to the Personal Information Tab

Select *NEW* My Profile

Select Proxy Management
-
Add a Proxy

Click the "Add New" link in the right-hand corner

Complete ALL fields in the Profile Section

Note: Be sure to select the "Parent or Legal Guardian" under the "Select a Relationship" section.

Note: Ensure proper spelling of the email address. This will be the account used by your proxy to gain access.

Note: You may adjust the Start and Stop dates to your preference. Be sure the Stop date is later than your estimated graduation date.

Assign Authorizations in the Additional Information Section

Click Submit
NOTE: Once a Proxy has been added, it will appear on your dashboard under the student “My Profile” page. You may edit or delete the proxy at any time if needed.
Step 2: Parents
(Parents must complete this step after the students have completed Step 1.)

Find the YCPweb for Parents Email

Navigate to your personal Email Account

Open the email from ycpweb@ycp.edu

Copy the Initial Password

Open the Initial Login URL

Enter the Initial Password
-
Select Submit
-
Reset your Security Password
-
You will be redirected to the Reset Security Password page for the Proxy Access.

Select Submit
-
You will be redirected to the YCPWeb Proxy for Parents login page

Log into the Proxy for Parents

Complete Proxy Personal Information

After signing in, complete ALL required fields in the Proxy Personal Information

Click Submit.

Access Information for your student
-
Navigate to the section with your student's name

Navigate to the “Select to view” dropdown

Choose which item you wish to view

You will then be redirected to that specific viewable item.

Note: Warning Grades are not available to proxies for up to a week after the faculty submission deadline.
