As a professor, you may sometimes want a full list of your class members' YCP email addresses. This can be especially useful in Google apps: to share a file or folder with your class in Google Drive, invite them all to an event in Google Calendar, or send them all something through Gmail. You can also email your class through Canvas or YCPWeb.
Log into ycp.instructure.com.
Or, select Canvas in my.ycp.edu.
Select your preferred course.
Select the New Analytics button.
Note: This is on the right or the bottom of the screen, depending on your device.
Select Reports.
Click Run Report next to Class Roster.
This will download a spreadsheet of your class roster. Open it.
Copy and paste all email addresses from the email column into the sharing settings of whatever application you're using.
