Adobe Applications

Acrobat Pro DC, Photoshop, and Illustrator are on all YCP computers. Additional Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) applications are on specialized stations and available upon request. Learn how to install/update and search for available software.

Note: When you use an Adobe application on a YCP computer, you will sometimes need to sign in.

Sign into an Adobe app on YCP computers (or Remotely)

Open an Adobe app.
A Sign in window will appear (this may take a moment).
- Enter your YCP Email address, then select Continue.
If asked, under Select an account, select Company or School Account.
You'll be redirected to a YCP page.
- Sign in with your YCP username and password.
The window will disappear and you'll be free to use the app.

An Adobe app won't work - click to open or close.

Sometimes, you'll see an Expired error, or an app just won't function as it should. Often, you simply need to open it from the Creative Cloud app to get it working again.

Find and open the Creative Cloud application.
If prompted to sign in, follow the Sign into an Adobe app on YCP computers instructions, above.
Beside the application you want to open, select Open.
- Note: If Open isn't available, select install.
