When you to want to share something with YCP members (such as all students, employees, or another group), there are a few options.

The Fountain

Posts to: Employees

In this case, you can submit to YCP's weekly Wednesday employee publication. This only goes to all YCP employees, & is included among other departments' "updates". It's familiar to most employees, & is the easiest method to reach them without having to create something of your own.

You may submit updates (100 words or fewer) for consideration with this Fountain form or email The submission deadline is every Monday by noon.

MyYCP Announcement

Posts to: Any or all YCP groups

This method allows you to add announcements to MyYCP, email them to targeted campus groups, or both. There are limitations on the types of attachments & formatting that can be included.

Note: You must be a designated announcer in order to post announcements. Contact us to request permission, if needed.

YAMM works with your YCP email account to easily send mass emails from the Gmail interface that you're already familiar with. This is the simplest & quickest option for new users to create & send a message.

You can design and send polished, marketing-style emails campus-wide with MyEmma. You get more customization of your messages' appearance than any other option. You also get analytics, to see how many people have opened your email, how many times its links are clicked, etc.
