You must be connected to VPN and on a YCP-owned laptop.

To try Jabber, first obtain approval from your department head. Then, contact us to schedule installation and training.
Calls
Place a call
To a campus extension

In the search, start typing someone's name.

When their name appears, hover your cursor over it, select their green Call button, then their extension.

To end the call, select the red x (End call) button.
To an off-campus number

In the search, type the phone number.

Notes:

Dial 9 before the number, to dial out.

Dial 1 after the 9, before out-of-state area codes.

When the number appears, select the green Call button beside it.

To end the call, select the red x (End call) button.
