Save as PDF

Anything you can print, you can save as a PDF instead. This allows you to save and share it (via email, Google Drive, Canvas, and more), and even make notes on it without a hard copy.

  • Open the file or page you want to print.

  • Open the Print options.

    • Keyboard shortcuts:

      • Microsoft Windows: Ctrl + P

      • Apple macOS: command ⌘ + P

      • Apple iOS & iPadOS: Select the Share icon > Save PDF to iBooks.

      • Android: Select More > Share... > Print.

  • For the Printer or Destination, select the Save as PDF option.

  • Select Print or Save.

This will download the content as a PDF document.
