All YCP employees can send faxes from anywhere with the use of the XM System

Navigating SendSecure - click to open or close.

Sign In to SendSecure

Log into XMedius
- Enter YCP into the “Enterprise account” line
- Click on the “Username or email” box. Before you type anything it should automatically redirect you to the portal for sign in
Once signed in the dashboard will start you on the Fax area of this application. (This feature is coming soon.)
Click the XM SendSecure option in the upper left corner.

Send a fax

Click +New Fax to get started
Add the recipient info
Build a cover sheet in the cover sheet section
- This will be the only item that will display in any emails generated from the system.
Add the fax document as an Attachment
- This is the actual document that you want to be faxed.
- We recommend only using PDF files

Emails from XM System

Once an email is received from the XM system
Click on the image or link to get to the file folder in the XM system
- Then you can see the cover letter and file that was sent to your Fax number.
- This will only be seen by those configured to receive faxes to college numbers
- You can download these files as needed.

History in XM System

Outgoing Queue
- This will show everything that is "in process" and will clear once a fax is completed.
Outbound History
- This will show you all your previous faxed items.
Inbound History
- This will display all the inbound faxes if you are the recipient of a College Fax number.
  - If you are not a recipient this will remain blank.
