Learn how to quickly navigate TeamDynamix, the new home to our knowledge base, and be able to submit your facilities work order or Library and Technology Services (LTS) ticket with ease. You can access TeamDynamix through YCP resources in MyApps.

TeamDynamix Knowledge Base
The knowledge base holds all of our support articles meant to help your understand with any issues you may have. If they don't provide you with the help you are looking for please contact us.
From the "Home" page
- From the "Home" page, in the center, there will be five buttons
- Click "View Knowledge Base"
- Click on the category related to your issue
- Or click "All Articles" and find the article related to your issue
From the "Knowledge Base" tab
- From the "Home" page, click the "Knowledge Base" tab
- Click on the category that best relates to your issue(s)
- If you are unsure, click "All Articles" for all of the articles
- Click on the article related to your issue
Through the "Search" function
Thanks to the search function on TeamDynamix, you can quickly navigate to a certain help article!
- From the "Home" page, find the search bar at the top right by your user name
- Click on the world icon to show the drop down menu
- Type into the search bar the issue
- Summarize the issue down to a word or two for a quicker search
- Click the article (depending on what you searched)
Submitting a Facilities Work Order or LTS Ticket
Submitting a facilities work order from the "Home" page
- From the "Home" page, in the center, there will be five buttons
- Click "Facilities Work Order"
- Click on the category that best relates to your issue(s)
- Click on the service you would like to request
- To request the service, click the "Request Service" button on the right side
- Fill out the form as it is listed
Submitting a facilities work order from the "Services" tab
- From the "Home" page, click the "Services" tab
- Click the "Facility Services" option
- Click on the category that best relates to your issue(s)
- Click on the service you would like to request
- To request the service, click the "Request Service" button on the right side
- Fill out the form as it is listed
Submitting a facilities work order through "Search" function

View Your Open Requests
From the "Home" page
- From the "Home" page, in the center, there will be five buttons
- Click the "View Your Open Requests" button
From the "Services" tab
- From the "Home" page, click the "Services" tab
- Click "Ticket Requests"
Search for a ticket
- You can search for a ticket by using the search function
- Or, you can scroll to the bottom and find the list of tickets
