As an employee, you may occasionally have trouble with someone's Chartwells credit or Flex card.

Chartwells & Flex troubleshooting tips

Credit Card - click to open or close.

Restart both the Swipe machine & its connected register.
If credit card transactions are down, call CBORD.
If CBORD is unable to help, contact us with:
- Name & contact info
- Location
- What can’t process
- What stations
  - All or station number
- Error message
- Troubleshooting performed so far

Flex Card - click to open or close.

Restart both the swipe machine & its connected register.
If Flex card transactions are down, contact us.
