CAPP Degree Evaluation

The CAPP (Curriculum, Advising, and Program Planning) system is used to track a student's course work toward their degree requirements.

Note: Matriculated students are able to run CAPP degree evaluations using their MyYCP username and password.

How to access CAPP - click to open or close.

CAPP Degree Evaluation can be accessed by both students and Academic Advisors

Go to myapps.microsoft.com
Click the YCPWeb Icon
Click the Student Services tab
Click Student Records
Click CAPP Degree Evaluation
- Select the desired term
- Click Submit
This will take you to your Degree Evaluation Record
- Click on the hyperlink next to Program:
- This will take you to your Degree Evaluation Report
