During your meeting, you will likely follow along with BoardEffect, and may choose to attend remotely, via Zoom.

Please make sure to use the new URL, starting with "ycp", not the former one, starting with "aicup".
Sign into ycp.boardeffect.com.
Note: You may be asked to change your password.
Under My Upcoming Events, click the event to see all relevant details.
Click 📓Book > Meeting Book Viewer (on the right, under VIEW) for the simplest view.
You can scroll through all of your meeting’s information.
Click in the Outline, on the left, to jump directly to each section.
Click the pencil ✎ for a variety of ways to mark up your book.
Click the Save button before you close the tab.
When you’re done with BoardEffect, click the down arrow ▼, beside your name, then click Log Out.
Open the BoardEffect app.
Note: If you don't have it, find it in the App Store, install it, then open it.
Select Tap to select a platform, then select + (or Add Connection).
Type ycp.boardeffect.com
Select Submit.
Sign in.
Note: If prompted, select PA Private College Board Portal, then enter or update your password.
Under My Upcoming Events, & the event info, select 📓Book > Download to Device.
After the download, select View Meeting Book.
Note: You can scroll through all of your meeting’s information.
Select the book icon 📖, in the lower right, then select sections within the Outline to jump directly to each.
Select the pencil ✎ for a variety of ways to mark up your book.
Select Save, in the top right, before selecting Close.
Join the board meeting remotely.
Note: Cindi Reisinger sent the Meeting ID and password to you in an email. If need help finding them, please contact her at 717-815-1221 or creising@ycp.edu.
You received an email from Cindi Reisinger with a Zoom meeting link.
Note: If you're joining the meeting in a way other than the direct link, you'll need the password.
Click the link.
Wait a moment, as it opens Zoom, then downloads the app to your computer.
Follow the prompts to open and install the Zoom download.
Note: If you already have Zoom installed, you may instead just be asked to open it.
The Join Meeting window will appear.
Copy either the link or Meeting ID from Cindi's email, then paste it into the Meeting ID section of the Join Meeting window.
Enter your name in the next section.
Click Join.
Once the meeting has begun, click Join With Computer Audio.
You will enter the Zoom Meeting window.
In the upper right, you can change the View.
In the lower left, you can mute or unmute & stop or start your video.
In the lower center, you can click Chat to write to Everyone or just the host.
Note: While this can also be done on an iPhone, we don't recommend it due to the difficulty of the small size.
From the App Store, install the Zoom Cloud Meetings app.
Once it's finished downloading, Open it.
Select Join a Meeting.
Enter your Meeting ID.
Enter your Name, if it's not already there.
Select Join.
Enter the meeting password.
Notes:
If the meeting has not yet started, the screen may read Please wait for the host to start this meeting.
If asked, Agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.
If Zoom would like to access the camera, select OK.
Select Join with Video.
If Zoom would like to access the microphone, select OK.
If Zoom would like to send you notifications, select either option.
In the To hear others please join audio window...
Select Call using Internet Audio.
Tap the screen to reveal menu options.
You can mute or unmute, and stop or start your video.
You can select More > Chat to write to Everyone or just the host.
Then select Close to return to the main screen.
