Clear Cache

When a website or application stops working correctly, or doesn't look quite right, it's often due to your browser cache. To solve this, clear your cache, cookies, and history, as far back as possible.

Note: After clearing your cookies and history, you may have to sign back into sites.

Tip: If this doesn't solve an issue with any of our YCP applications, then contact us for information about outages.

Chrome key commands to clear browsing data

  • Windows: Control + Shift + Delete

  • macOS: command + shift + delete
